Managing cross-cultural differences and leading inter-cultural-teams

Nowadays nearly in every company people form different countries work together. Each of them has different cultural ideas, attitudes and values. This cause misunderstandings.

Alumnus describe inter- and cross-cultural differences. Each of them reflects similarities and inter-cultural differences and is able to considers his/her role as a leader. Every alumni understands why employees in alternate hierarchic structures behave in different forms. He/she performs as a leader and knows how to motivate each team-member.

This workshop allows better understanding how to interact with coworkers, respectively their different ideas, attitudes and values. The experience helps to reflect own perceptions and relieve other`s behavior.
